The Williamsburg Integrated Care Initiative is moving into a new phase after the fall’s Visionary Leadership Committee focused on sharing information about integrated care and collecting insight and feedback from community leaders. Roundtables of patients and caregivers are ongoing to discuss needs for access, services and culturally competent care, part of the Community Insight Committee. Next steps include training on integrated care from the experts at Cherokee Health System and other sessions on trauma-informed, health literacy and population health from our community partners.
