In an effort to continue to welcome voices from all parts of Greater Williamsburg, please feel free to share this Community Insight Committee interest form, but also, let me know if you are willing to convene a roundtable (a short session of people to discuss their experiences and needs.) There is now a form for Roundtables here, if you would like to host or already have access to a small population that would like to share their experiences with health care.
This committee will meet twice in the next few months to discuss patient / caregiver experience and access, and then there will be roundtables with more specific discussion questions. Members of the committee will be invited to continue receiving information and at some point, in the future, possibly be invited to join a Community Advisory Committee.
