Primary Medical Care
At Community Access Network, we prioritize health over revenue. We offer primary medical care for both children and adults, regardless of age, income or insurance status. Our team of skilled, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors, nurses and staff help patients get the best, most appropriate care available, and can help coordinate when more complex care is needed.
Our primary medical care services include:
- Physical examinations
- Preventative care, such as checkups or well visits
- Routine screenings
- Vaccinations
- COVID-19 testing and vaccines offered as part of any visit
Preventative care is the care that our patients need to stay healthy. This includes vaccinations and immunizations for both adults and children, such as those that protect them from the flu. It also includes input and consultations from our healthcare team on how to incorporate a more healthy lifestyle into a routine, how to quit smoking and weight management assistance.
We offer same day appointments and walk-in care at our 5th street location. We are open to serve you from 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
